General Introduction
These terms and conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between the player ("you" or "user") and gkk22 ("platform") regarding use of the gkk22 platform ("service"). By continuing to use the service, you are deemed to have agreed to these terms.

Eligibility Requirements
1.1 Age Restriction
You must be 21 or older to use gkk22 services. No one under the age of 21 is permitted to use this platform. If we detect a violation of the age restriction, the account will be immediately closed and any remaining balance will not be released without authorisation.

1.2 One Account Per Player
Each player may only open one personal account on gkk22. Sharing accounts among family members, opening group accounts, or having one person play on behalf of another are not permitted.
1.3 Location
This service is intended for players based in Myanmar only. Accessing this service from restricted regions is a violation of these terms.
Account Registration and Management
2.1 Registration
All personal information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Providing false information may result in account suspension. If any details change, you must update them immediately.
2.2 Password Security
Players must keep their login credentials (username and password) secure and must not share them with any third party. You are fully responsible for all activity on your account. If your login details are ever compromised, contact us immediately.
2.3 KYC Verification
We reserve the right to verify a player's identity (national ID card or registration card). Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended during the verification period. If a player does not cooperate, the withdrawal request may be rejected.
2.4 Account Closure
gkk22 reserves the right to suspend an account without prior notice in the following circumstances—
- Providing false or inaccurate information
- Bonus fraud or promotional abuse
- Arbitrage betting or bonus abuse
- Using the platform for advertising or with malicious intent
- Breaching any part of these terms and conditions
Deposits and Withdrawals
3.1 Deposit Methods
At gkk22, you can deposit using KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, and CB Pay. The minimum deposit amount is 3,000 Ks. All deposits must also comply with the policies of the respective payment service provider.

3.2 Withdrawals
The minimum withdrawal amount is 30,000 Ks and withdrawals can only be made using the same payment method used at registration. Once a withdrawal is approved, funds are normally sent within 10–45 minutes. Withdrawal requests will be held until KYC verification is complete.

3.3 Grounds for Rejecting Deposits and Withdrawals
Deposit / withdrawal requests may be rejected for the following reasons—
- The payment is found to have been made from a third-party account
- KYC verification has not been completed
- Attempting to withdraw after claiming a bonus without meeting the wagering requirement
- Suspected financial survey data irregularities or suspicious fund movements
Bonuses and Promotions
4.1 Welcome Bonus
gkk22 offers new players a 100% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of 100,000 Ks. Winnings from the bonus can only be withdrawn after the bonus amount has been wagered 25 times.
Example 2: Deposit 220,000 Ks → Bonus 100,000 Ks → Balance 320,000 Ks → Wagering requirement 100,000 × 25 = 2,500,000 Ks
4.2 General Bonus Terms
- Each bonus may have its own wagering requirement and expiry date
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn to a bank before the wagering requirement is met
- If an account is found to have been opened with the intent to abuse bonuses, the bonus and any winnings will be forfeited
- Each player may claim the welcome bonus only once per account
- Bonus terms may be changed without prior notice
4.3 VIP Program
The gkk22 VIP program has 5 tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. As your play volume increases, you can move up tiers and receive the following weekly cashback—
- Bronze — Weekly Cashback up to 0.3%
- Silver — Weekly Cashback up to 0.6%
- Gold — Weekly Cashback up to 0.9%
- Platinum — Weekly Cashback up to 1.2%
- Diamond — Weekly Cashback up to 1.5%
Fair Play and Prohibited Actions
5.1 Fair Play
gkk22 provides a fair and transparent gaming environment for all players. All games available on the platform use a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) to ensure that outcomes are completely random.
5.2 Prohibited Actions
- Bonus Abuse / Multi-accounting
- Using bots or Automated Betting Software
- Arbitrage Betting — placing bets on opposite sides simultaneously to avoid significant losses
- Hacking or exploiting the platform interface
- Using the platform to launder money or conceal income from illegal activities
- Threatening or harassing other players or staff
5.3 Detection of Irregular Play
gkk22 regularly monitors betting patterns. If unusual betting patterns are detected, the bet will be suspended and investigated. If a violation is proven, the bet will be considered invalid and any winnings will be voided.

Players must accept that gambling can result in losses. gkk22 is not responsible for any losses arising from gameplay. Players make their own decisions and play at their own risk.
8.3 Technical Connectivity Issues
gkk22 has a policy for handling games that are interrupted due to an Internet disconnection or a player's device issue during play; however, bets lost due to a loss of connection will not be refunded.
Responsible Gaming
9.1 Self-exclusion
If a player feels they cannot control their own gambling, they can contact Support to request a temporary or permanent Self-exclusion. gkk22 will honor such requests immediately.
9.2 Deposit Limits
